A New Feature ... For You, By You

Watch for the July start of our bi-monthly special feature, a topic on which you can voice your ideas and opinions in a short essay, story or poem. Tell us in 400 words or less (subject to editing for content and length), what thoughts and feelings the subjects inspire. Each person on the staff will read several entries and forward their favorite(s) to me for printing under your byline.

In the July issue (we're extending the deadline to June 6), the topic will be A Special, Sacred Site. The September issue will feature A Most Memorable Teacher (deadline: July 31, 1997); and in November, we'll consider Gratitude (deadline: September 30, 1997).
