Modesty as an Obstruction to the Path
Turn around the twin obstructions to who you are and what your assignment is.

Conscious Acts of Creation is the name of a new book by Professor William Tiller--and it means what it says.
In a style quite clear, yet interspersed with formulae to reflect the diligent and strict academic standards of his work, Conscious Acts of Creation demonstrates how the energies of Mind and Intention are actually imprinted on the environment. This discovery heralds a new day in our advancing civilization, and evolution, and understanding of both world and universe.

No longer can we cling to the belief that there is research that can be called "objective." Mind is always at work, shaping, influencing, creating.

I had spoken about Professor Tiller's work in a previous book, Science and Human Evolution (The Monthly Aspectarian, February, 1999). There he defines the world and the universe in terms of electro-magnetic energies, a range of waves and frequencies along a spectrum. Therein, the fulcrum is the speed of light. Not so long ago, we had thought the speed of light was the ultimate. Yet, it has been exceeded. Nor is it strange to believe that there are phenomena, actions in life, that exceed the speed of light. All we have to do is to realize the speed of thought, which can carry us to Mars in no time at all, as we visualize. Now that we have advancing knowledge in the field of parapsychology, we can indeed pre-cognitively predict events—certainly defeating the speed of light.

On the one side of the fulcrum that Tiller described, are the energies which create effects, and which are lesser than the speed of light. These are the energies that occupy the four-dimensional world (the three dimensions of space and the dimension of time). Tiller showed that there are other energies behind the activities that surround us and that comprise us. These are the four planes of the subtle realms—the realms of thought. They are the emanations of the mind, the reflective energies, the anti-matter forces of space and time. Four against four, they balance each other. Like reflections in a still pond, the subtle are the inverse of those that comprise the physical world. Such are the dynamics of the mind, and they are coordinated by what Tiller calls "deltrons". The deltrons are the energies of emotions. Therefore we have the four dimensions of the physical world, the four dimensions of the subtle or thought world, and we have their cooperative union, bound together by emotion. To me this makes a lot of sense for, as I treat patients, insight into themselves never becomes real until experienced with full emotion.

And so Tiller has described therefore nine dimensions: the four of the physical world; the four of the subtle world (the thought world that hovers over the physical); and the emotional world, which surrounds them and coordinates and bonds them together.

Yet above this there is another world, the world of thought and Will that initiates and inaugurates and commands the emotions. Therefore we have ten energies, ten dimensions of creation.

Beyond all of that, an eleventh creation -- and on and up, higher and higher. This is the spirit world, the world of our soul that initiates from a loftier place. All of these higher dimensions of the mind lead to a theoretical background for what Tiller has demonstrated in a remarkable fashion.

With full scientific rigor, Professor Tiller has had advanced meditators attempt to influence the constituency and power of water as measured by pH (acidity or alkalinity). By virtue of their intention the pH of water was changed. Science would say that this is an unprecedented effect.

Then Tiller found something yet more remarkable! When the meditators were no longer in the room, and test water was brought in again, the same effect remained -- without the meditators! So the very space had been changed. Not only that, but as the experiments were repeated, the power of the space increased. The change in pH occurred more rapidly. Not only was he able to alter the nature of water (water is important; it constitutes 90% of us)—but he also hastened the development of the fruit fly larvae--a biological phenomenon.

Tiller went on to insert such an intention into an instrument called an "Intention Influenced Electrical Device," which he could then isolate and protect by wrapping in aluminum foil and then in a Faraday cage, shipping it across the country. Then -- 3000 miles away the same effect would be produced mind energy creating effects in the physical world around us.

More! It was discovered that not only does this new-found energy exist, not only does it increase as the experiments are repeated, or intention accumulated, but it remains in the environment from three months to a year.

All of this means that we can no longer ignore, in doing scientific research, the powerful effect of mind and intention. In like fashion, Love (and cruelty) all have activity in shaping the world both within us and around us.

And all of this adheres to and joins with the wisdom of basic religion -- with the instruction from the East as it is brought to us through Yoga , the Rig Vedas, the Upanishads through the core of Christianity, through the wisdom of the Kabbalah as it is found in Jewish mysticism.

This understanding describes God's energy as creating and being so powerful that it must be stepped down, and is stepped down through seven layers. The fourth layer is called the Causal Body. It is the creative plane that then elaborates the mental body of thought, the astral body of emotion and the physical body of final manifestation. What are these bodies beyond the physical but those of the subtle realm, the thought realm. The Causal body creates anew from incarnation to incarnation. It is the Deltron energy of emotion that gives life and realization to things.

So now we are marching forward in evolution, and in our realization of the powers of the mind, and the powers of the creative deities that we are. And the higher we go in personal development, the higher the power of our consciousness and the more the power of our creativity. We are, as the Master DK (who taught Alice Bailey) advancing to the day when Medicine will no longer need surgical tools to create repair, but the healing will come through the powers of the mind.

So we ARRIVE, with the help of mind, soul and spiritual realization.
