Revelations

Notwithstanding the horrors of the wars in which we are engaged, the cruelty of man, the terroristic attacks which occur almost world-wide — notwithstanding all of these, we live in a wonderful time of gathering together, and of revelation. Revelation of God’s word; revelation of discovering God’s way of working. Why do I say this?

In the beginning was the word, and the word became flesh. In the beginning God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. Thus, the word, consciousness, was and is, precedent to light, therefore, the “word” is supervalent even to that which Einstein thought was the fastest and the most nearly ultimate in creation. Now we discover, by way of physics, quantum mechanics and string theory, that there is much beyond the speed of light.

We are gifted with great minds that are investigating God’s world in the field of physics, revealing ever more, and at ever deeper levels of understanding, the way things work in God’s world. The further these understandings go, the more we see that the essentials of core religions (the spiritual underpinnings of all religions) are Truth and are revealed progressively. Let me speak of some of these revelations and their relationship to core spirituality.

Not long ago the hologram was discovered. The hologram is familiar to all of us. It is seen as the three-dimensional ghost at Disneyworld. It is also seen or revealed as the three-dimensional logo on credit cards. The hologram is such that if you take a photographic plate and break it into a hundred and twenty-eight parts, each part will project the whole picture, albeit in a somewhat more diffuse way than the original. But all the information is there. The whole is contained in each part, and each part contains the whole. What can be more descriptive of our relationship with each other in God’s world than the hologram — for it shows that we are all truly united. It makes it known that we each contain the other within ourselves, and we are similarly contained within our neighbor.

Furthermore, the hologram has been used as a model by the great neuroscientist, Karl Pribram, to understand the working of the brain — for no matter how much of the brain is ablated, still function remains. One part of the brain can take over for the other. Indeed there is growing reason to believe that the mind exists beyond the brain, the brain functioning as tuning apparatus, much like a radio tuner, tuning into the greater mind which surrounds us. And this greater mind is a holographic network of which we are a part. It is a mind in which we participate, a mind into which we can enter in order to know about each other, about things across the world, things in the past and the future, things beyond our present knowledge and imagination.

And now we come to the work of Hal Puthoff who reveals a “zero point field.” What is the zero point field? It is that field of existence which surrounds, and which occurs when we bring temperature to near absolute zero. What is disclosed is that we now have a field of vast, almost infinite, potential energy. It is a “soup” in which all potential exists. Any disturbance of the field will give rise to electro-magnetic waves, which, when they bump against each other, begin the process of manifestation and creation, and then grow by further agglutinations and accretion, into physical substance. But what does this mean? It means that as the ancient scriptures say, Brahma,” God, The All Potential, the Void — is everywhere existent around us, ready to create and does create by disturbance. It is Consciousness ready to filter down into manifest existence.

The basic understanding of creation is derived from the ancient teaching of core Judaism, core Christianity, core scriptures in Hinduism. It is as follows:

In the beginning, God decided to create. This was the Word — Consciousness. This energy, (consciousness) filtered down through seven levels to physical manifestation, and then bounced back to become a rising evolution of development, of a higher and higher consciousness. We can see this in the evolution from animal to human to high human, and in the further evolution of our Nature to become more and more global and empathic. If we look into this ancient formula, we can see that that infinite potential discovered by Puthoff is consistent with the Infinite Potential whom we regard as God — the All.

We see further evidence of God’s plan as it unfolds in the work of Jim Oschman. This is new work, and embraces startling new discovery. Oschman describes the fact that the connective tissue of the body surrounds every organ, indeed every cell. And then, as he goes on to say, that connective tissue penetrates the very wall of the cell and going through to the nucleus and then into the nucleus into ever smaller discriminations, which, I suspect, eventually break into waves. This creates a wonderful communication system within the body, one body, one cell knowing what each part of the body does, a holographic revelation. But then these emanations, which transmit through tissue, and relate communication within the body, also extend beyond the body. This establishes a silent communication between people, a banding of the holographic network, an ESP connection. Thus we see evidence of the High Mind, the High Consciousness which God and God’s revelations would want us to have. It is a Consciousness communication, which we feel intuitively when we silence the mind.

In this new and exciting age of discovery we find the work of Fritz Popp, who shows that the cells themselves emanate light, and this light is a communication. The light, too, carries communication from each part of the body to the other, and then extends beyond the body, to be captured by measurement, and to be seen and felt by others. Again we see a holographic union established between people.

There is also the work of Rober Jahn and Brenda Dunne. They show that the mind can influence material bodies — psychokinesis, moving objects with the mind. Their work has been extended by Dean Radin and Roger Nelson, showing that mass mind energy (as exists during football Superbowl games, or while awaiting the decision of the O.J. Simpson jury) creates a powerful energy which will change the environment and their measuring instruments.

William Tiller, professor emeritus at Stanford University, has shown that the consciousness of meditators will change the very chemistry of water. This means that we can change the chemistry of the body by consciousness of mind. Further, in Tiller’s experiment it was shown that the environment itself was charged, so that that the energy it held would change the pH of water when, subsequently, vials of water were brought in and no meditators were present.

And so we begin to know the power we carry in our minds and consciousness, and especially in the high mind which is achieved in meditation and prayer. It is the hope for the future for it can change the world around us.

Consciousness creates! In the beginning was the word, and the word was made flesh.

Now we see a most modern advance in Physics — “String Theory.” This new theory describes the fact that the deeper we go, the nearer we come to the ultimate level — and there, energy is contained in strings, like violin stings. They vibrate at a variety of frequencies that are infinite in their variability. These vibrations give rise to individual manifestations of creation, and this is again, I believe, the work of the mind, of waves of energy of mind, of the existence of Consciousness as it exists in holographic union-like waves.

These are some of the revelations of modern day physics. These are the revelations which God is allowing to unfold. These are the counterpoise to the present day darkness in the world. These are the counterparts that exist and grow, of Love and Love’s energy as counter to the terroristic threats that exist today.
