I have always enjoyed words. While I’m not into crossword puzzles or Scrabble, word games have always intrigued me. Over the past few years I’ve gotten into deciphering vanity plates on cars. On night as I stood scratching my head in a parking lot in front of a Sushi joint, a man noticed me and came over. He looked at the plate and started laughing, and in a thick eastern European accent said, “It’s Russian.” I could have stood there all night and not gotten that one.

A few years back, I noticed a friend of mine had the title of this piece on her license plate. At first I thought it was nonsense but the light bulb finally went off over my head and I asked, “Light prevails?” She laughed and congratulated me, as few had figured it out. I in turn congratulated her for having such a great plate. Light does indeed prevail.

Walk into a dark room and flip the light switch and the darkness is gone. Walk into a dark situation and generate light and watch conditions improve. I have written before that the cold war ended, the Berlin Wall came down, and the huge dark specter of nuclear annihilation that hung over the mass consciousness was ended by the light generated from the global meditation and prayer for peace events. A critical mass of light was generated and the world was changed. We have already successfully used the technology with which all of humanity’s problems can be solved. We need to return to these efforts now.

When the second airplane hit the World Trade Center on 9/11, one of my first reactions was, well at least the global peace events will start up again. I have been shocked and disappointed at how little activity of this kind has occurred. I am calling on all who read these words to participate in whatever events they are aware of. Please write or call The Monthly Aspectarian to let us know of such events. To whatever degree we are able, we will help to promote them. If no one else is going to get this rolling at the level we need it to, then we here at Lightworks will take it upon ourselves.

The tools for creating Heaven on Earth are in our hands. Let’s use them. As my friends license plate proclaimed: Light Prevails.
